  103. PC-FOOD II is a DOS program.  PC-FOOD II may be installed and run
  104. from Windows or installed from DOS and run from DOS or Windows.
  105. Choose from the instructions for installation in Windows or DOS.

  107. I. Installation in Microsoft Windows
  108.    A. New Installation
  109.    -----------------------------------------------------------------
  110.       1. From Windows, select FILE, then select RUN.
  111.  
  112.       2. Type A:\INSTALL  and press Enter.

  114.          You cannot install TO the install FROM directory.

  116.       3. After install, click the USER GUIDE icon for instructions.

  118.       4. Click the PC-FOOD II icon to run the program.  To start with
  119.          ALL NEW data files, delete all ".DAT" and ".MMX" files.

  126.        1. Create a subdirectory on your hard drive:
  127.           MD C:\PCFOOD   and press Enter

  130.           COPY *.* C:\PCFOOD   and press Enter

  132.        3. To run PC-FOOD II from DOS, change to the PCFOOD
  133.           subdirectory (CD C:\PCFOOD) type PCFD  and press Enter.

  135.        4. To run PC-FOOD II from Windows (after installing from
  136.           DOS), select FILE, RUN C:\PCFOOD\PCFD.EXE
